About us
Frano and Roze are the hosts of this property, founded in 2006 out of a desire to return to their homeland. Residence Frano Pepaj is a family-run guesthouse located in Velipojë, in a quiet and convenient area, just minutes from the sea and the main amenities.
We have more than 20 rooms, including 7 larger double rooms, some with two separate areas, suitable for longer stays. All accommodations are functional, well-maintained, and equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, and balcony.
